Meet Tamara Moreal

Tamara Moreal holds a Bachelor of Education and is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Tamara specializes in optimizing digestion, increasing cellular energy, and reducing systemic inflammation through personalized nutrition, lifestyle practices, and targeted supplementation. With many years of experience, she has helped hundreds of clients reset their gut & balance the microbiome to address digestive concerns such as bloating and IBS. By focusing on anti-inflammatory recipe planning, and identifying trigger foods, she supports individuals in reducing inflammation and enhancing overall well-being. Tamara also works with clients to stabilize blood sugar, and implement nutritional strategies for sustained energy. She incorporates gentle detoxification strategies to support liver function and reduce toxic load, ensuring a holistic approach to wellness. Whether someone is looking to restore their digestion, improve cellular energy, or reduce systemic inflammation, Tamara provides science-backed, practical solutions that empower individuals to thrive.

Tamara’s journey into holistic nutrition was inspired by her own health struggles. She experienced brain fog, fatigue, joint pain, and gut dysbiosis—symptoms that, at times, were debilitating. By addressing the root cause, she was able to restore her health. This experience fuels her belief that each client holds the key to their own well-being. True health, she believes, comes from a balanced approach combining whole-food nutrition, targeted supplementation, lifestyle practices, and mindful toxin reduction. With years of experience, Tamara has helped hundreds of clients improve digestion, increase energy, and reduce systemic inflammation. She is deeply committed to the well-being of others and is known for her reliable, compassionate, practical approach that empowers clients to take control of their health and feel their best—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Growing up on a working farm, Tamara developed a deep appreciation for real, seasonal food. She learned the value of knowing where food comes from, cooking from scratch, and supporting local agriculture. Today, she continues to grow her own vegetables, shop at farmers’ markets, and enjoy pasture-raised meats. She and her husband, Michael, have three children, and she strives to maintain balance in her busy life. In her personal time, she enjoys cooking, reading, long walks with her dog, and biking.
